1. Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit will go toward the total cost of your selected detailing service. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Appointment Policy

We operate on an appointment-only basis.

All services must be booked in advance to ensure availability. We do not accept walk-ins. Booking ahead allows us to prepare properly and deliver the best possible service for your vehicle.

3. No Call / No Show Policy

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and do not contact us ahead of time, you will be banned from booking future appointments with us.

Exceptions can be made only with approval from the owner
